Test guide:
1. Click on the input field - a small mic icon appears.
2. Click the mic - the input becomes a recording toolbar.
3. Start recording, then Stop. The text is appended to the input.
4. The textarea has a permanent toolbar above it with Copy and Settings.
5. Open Settings to configure the Worker URL, models, Whisper prompt, and refine prompt.
